I’m Jens Hilbrands and passionated for all kind of MarTech like Data Cloud, Personalization, Marketing Automation, Loyalty and CRM with an agnostic approach, but a clear focus on Salesforce products to make the most out of Salesforce. I’m personally multiple times Salesforce certified. See my list of certifications on Salesforce Trailhead.

Working experience started in a mail order company in different positions (Otto Group). My latest position was Head of IT and Marketing for one of the online brands of the Otto Group. During this period of time I have set the foundation of my later knowledge, for example direct marketing, marketing automation, E-Commerce, etc. It was all related to data and how data can support companies to offer the right product at the right time. Even if the term AI was still a dream, we made some magical calculations and algorithm.

After over 10 years of experience inside the Otto Group, I joined Yves Rocher, a French cosmetic brand as a Director eCommerce Central Europe. Yves Rocher is not only pioneers in terms of cosmetics, but also in terms of Direct Marketing and how to build a successful business in the B:C space with Data and Marketing Automation.

In 2008 I founded with all my knowledge of the mail order and direct marketing an agency (netnomics GmbH) to support companies in running Marketing Automation and CRM. We grow the company to 50+ people. In the beginning we operated platform agnostic, but after bigger companies like Salesforce entered into the Marketing Automation space, we decided to focus.

Our Success was based due to our strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and also to not only support implementation, but also running services from creation, data analytics to programming and technical support for SFMC. With 50+ people we were one of the leading independent Salesforce Marketing Cloud Partners in the region.

Beginning of 2022 netnomics has been acquired by OSF Digital an global Salesforce Consulting Partner with a strong focus on Salesforce Commerce. With 2,200+ employees we are supporting large companies in their digital transformation with Salesforce with 150 people inside the Salesforce Marketing Cloud space worldwide (see press release)

After the integration of netnomics into OSF Digital, I was responsible for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Delivery in EMEA. After two years of a successful integration I left OSF Digital to return to my roots to help and support clients by developing marketing programs, eCommerce strategy and developing digital business.
